Young children are learning to walk, talk, play and read. Nutrition plays an important role in the success of accomplishing these milestones and growing a healthy child. Offering your child healthy, well-balanced meals and snacks will help him develop a healthy mind and body and teach him life skills that will reach far into adulthood.

Please know that your child will be served healthy meals at my home. They will be introduced and given the opportunity to try new foods throughout the seasons and will also play a major part in preparing their own meals and snacks.
