Well out with the old and in with the new! This year is getting off to a very quiet start. That on one hand can be a good thing but on the other it is mostly because of sick children and myself not feeling all that great which is causing very low key days, and that is NOT a good thing. I am hoping that everyone will be better soon and we can get a second chance at starting the New Year off on the right foot and a healthy one to boot!
I am very much on top of my taxes this year, which means you will be getting your information within the next week. I would like to remind all of you that are private pay, that weekly fees are due the Friday before care is given and due to the holiday closures many of you are a week behind. I will be sending out notices for you all to review your yearly payments and get back on track with your weekly payments as well.
Also this year I will be sending out Yearly Update Forms for you all to sign and return. I am hoping it will be easier for me to keep track of yearly updates by doing them each year in January. This will keep all the files updated for the year except for Medical Forms which I will note when they are due on the update form so you also can make note on your home calendar.
Usually this time of year I would be reminding everyone to be sure your child has extra clothes in their drawer in case they get wet when we go out to play in the snow, however, there is NO SNOW to be played in just yet. We are eagerly waiting for it's arrival, but deep down I like not having to get up to shovel and clean so I am not complaining at all.
Well on that note, I wish you all a Happy Healthy New Year!
Julie
